It's so easy to forget what you ate last night or even a few hours ago and look for something to ease your stress, or bring some pleasure to the current moment. 

It's those moments when you get to remember a bigger commitment.  What is it that you really want.  Sometimes it just might be the bite of chocolate, but ultimately it is probably to be healthy,  to set a good example for your children, or to feel terrific when you get undressed.

If you give yourself enough time to keep eating in a supportive way to have the life you want, the thoughts that pull you to have one more treat, one more drink, just this little bit here, and here and here...then you will find it gets easier and more fun to eat things that make you look and feel your best.

Decide to be living the life that makes you happy.  Is it the mac and cheese that will win or would you be happier looking svelte and feeling incredible with more clarity and patience.  It's your choice.
