Figs for great skin? Yes, figs are fantastic for skin. (Fresh or dried with no added sugar please. They contain pantothenic acid or B5 but are higher in calcium, potassium and phosphors amongst other nutrients. Figs are known to aid the large intestine and eliminate constipation and that too can assist in beautiful skin. They have been used for dry coughs and boils or discharges of the skin for centuries.
